Distribuzione di Cobitis melanoleuca secondo IUCN

 

In Europa la specie è diffusa nei bacini dei fiumi Don, Kuban, Volga, Ural ed Emba. In Asia l'area di distribuzione comprende gran parte dei bacini fluviali della Siberia, giungendo fino al fiume Amur ed al fiume Huang He (Cina).
