Distribuzione di Petroleuciscus borysthenicus secondo IUCN

 

P. borysthenicus è diffuso nei fiumi afferenti al Mar Nero, al Mar di Marmara ed al Mare Egeo nord orientale. Basso corso dei fiumi Dniester e Yushnyi Bug. Basso e medio corso del fiume Dnieper, Kiev e affluenti locali (Teterev, bacino del Seim). Fiumi Obitochnaya e Berda afferenti al Mar d Azov. Delta del fiume Kuban. Transcaucasia occidentale. Fiumi costieri della Georgia e della Turchia nord orientale. Fiumi della Bulgaria che sfociano afferenti al Mar Nero. Basso corso del Danubio. Fiumi della Grecia nord orientale, Turchia europea e bacino del Mar di Marmara.
