Introduzioni di Rhodeus sericeus

 

La specie è diffusa dall'ovest della Siberia fino al bacino del fiume Amur ed all'isola di Sakhalin. La specie è alloctona in Croazia, in Gran Bretagna ed in alcuni bacini del nord Italia. Sporadiche segnalazioni provengono anche da paesi dell'Europa centro orientale.
