Squalius sp. nov. 'Aoos'. La specie non è stata ancora ufficialmente registrata sotto IUCN. Non sono disponibili fonti bibliografiche da utilizzare per la nomenclatura. In precedenza queste popolazioni del genere Squalius venivano considerate come strettamente affini a quelle di S. peloponensis e come tali descritte.
