Distribuzione di Oxynoemacheilus bureschi secondo IUCN

 

Specie diffusa nei bacini afferenti al mar Egeo settentrionale dal fiume Vardar al lago Vistonis. La distribuzione riportata nella mappa non è aggiornata, popolazioni di O. bureschi sono presenti anche in Macedonia occidentale.
