Distribuzione di Oxynoemacheilus pindus secondo IUCN

  

L'area di distribuzione della specie è limitata al bacino del fiume Aoos, in Epiro. La distribuzione riportata nella mappa non è aggiornata, popolazioni di O. pindus sono presenti anche net tratto albanese dello stesso bacino.
