Distribuzione di Pomatoschistus microps secondo Fishbase

 

 

Specie diffusa in acque marine, salmastre e dolci lungo le coste dell'Oceano Atlantico nord orientale dalla Norvegia meridionale alla Mauritania, incluso mare del Nord, Canale della Manica, e mar Baltico meridionale a sud del 63°N. Sporadiche segnalazioni dal mar Mediterraneo centro occidentale, isole Canarie e coste sud orientali dell'Islanda.
