Distribuzione di Salmo ezenami secondo IUCN

  

 

Russia: endemica del lago Kezenoi-am (ex Eizenam) in Daghestan, nel nord del Caucaso. Introdotta nel 1963 nel lago Mochokh (Daghestan), dove probabilmente si è acclimatata.
