Specie emdemica della Spagna sud orientale, dove è confinata nelle montagne di Alcaraz, Cazorla e Segura. L'area di distribuzione comprende numerose subpopolazioni. Generalmente A. marchi vive tra i 700 ed i 1.700 metri di quota.
