	Distribuzione di Lacerta trilineata secondo IUCN

L'areale della specie si estende dalle coste della Croaaia, Bosnia-Erzegovina e Montenegro, alla Repubblica di Macedonia, Bulgaria, sud est della Romania, Albania, Grecia (incluse le isole del Mar Ionio e diverse isole del Mare Egeo, come Creta, Lesbo e Rodi), fino a raggiungere ad est la Turchia centrale ed occidentale. Il ramarro gigante può essere osservato dal livello del mare fino ad una quota massima di circa 1.600 metri.
