Specie endemica del Peloponneso nella Grecia meridionale. Podarcis peloponnesiacus è presente anche sull'isola di Psili nel Golfo dell'Argolide, in Grecia occidentale. La specie è diffusa dal livello del mare fino a poco oltre ai 1.600 metri di quota.
