	*Distribuzione di Teira perspicillata* secondo IUCN**

Specie diffusa nelle zone umide montane e costiere della regione centrale dell'Atlante, del Marocco settentrionale e dell'Algeria nord occidentale. Teira perspicillata è stata introdotta nell'isola di Minorca, nell'arcipelago spagnolo delle Baleari, e sull'isola algerina di Habibas. Dalle aree costiere la specie si spinge fino a quote superiori ai 2.800 metri.
